KPIs Daily
The “KPIs - Daily” page shows admins and sales managers how sales reps are doing with their larger goals but broken down into a daily portion.
A dropdown calendar allows users to select a specific date to investigate. A “Sort by” drop down menu allows users to sort by:
- Sales Rep Name
- Sales
- Customers
- Lines
- Productive Calls
- Total Calls
- Call Duration
Each entry on the KPIs – Daily page displays the following information:
- User
- Month to Date Sales, Goal, Percentage met
- Month to Date GP, Goal, Percentage met
- Sales, Goal, Percentage met
- Outside GP, Goal, Percentage met
- Total GP
- Quotes, Goal, Percentage met
- Unique Customers, Goal, Percentage met
- Lines, Goal, Percentage met
- Productive Calls, Goal, Percentage met
- Calls, Goal, Percentage met
- Call Duration, Goal, Percentage met
- Lead Visits, Goal, Percentage met
- Customer Visits, Goal, Percentage met
