Description

The “KPIs - Daily” page shows admins and sales managers how sales reps are doing with their larger goals but broken down into a daily portion.

A dropdown calendar allows users to select a specific date to investigate. A “Sort by” drop down menu allows users to sort by:

• Sales Rep Name
• Sales
• Customers
• Lines
• Productive Calls
• Total Calls
• Call Duration

Each entry on the KPIs – Daily page displays the following information:

• User
• Month to Date Sales, Goal, Percentage met
• Month to Date GP, Goal, Percentage met
• Sales, Goal, Percentage met
• Outside GP, Goal, Percentage met
• Total GP
• Customers, Goal, Percentage met
• Lines, Goal, Percentage met
• Productive Calls, Goal, Percentage met
• Calls, Goal, Percentage met
• Call Duration, Goal, Percentage met
