Lost Opportunity

When an item is requested via the shop page in the CRM or e-commerce portal where the requested amount is more than what the business has on hand, that item gets marked as a lost opportunity. Those lost opportunities are viewable and reviewable on the Lost Opportunities report page.

The timeframe being investigated can be changed using the “Start Date” and “End Date” dropdown menus at the top of the display area.

Each entry in the display area shows the following information:

  • Item #
  • Item Name, Brand Equivalent, Manufacturer
  • Size, Strength
  • Lost Opportunity Quantity (based on total number submitted)
  • Number of Orders
