Ecomm User Detail

Description

The Ecomm User Detail page displays vital information for individual e-commerce portal users.

The page header displays the user’s name, email address, and status.

The User Details card displays the user's Role and Language.

The Customers card displays linked Customers (with hyperlink) and Order Approval Limit.

Actions

Edit User

To edit the details of an individual user, select the Edit button. This brings up the edit user prompt.

From here, you can edit the user’s first name, last name, language, email, role, and phone number.

Disable User

Remove users by selecting the Disable button and confirming.

Add Customer

To link a customer to a particular Ecommerce user, select the + Add Customer button. A side panel displays with the following inputs:

• Language (dropdown)
• Customer (required; dropdown)
• Order Approval Limit

Select the Save User button ” to finish.

All Actions outlined above can also be found in the Action dropdown in the top-right of the header.

Scroll through all Ecommerce Users with the paginator located in the header.
