KPIs - Month

The “KPIs - Month” page reflects Key Performance Indicators and displays tabs of Sales Rep performance as well as Team and Company performance on a monthly basis.

The Users tab includes Sales Reps' performance in a table with the following:

  • User (Sales Rep name; hyperlink to Accounts Sold and Items Sold - see below)
  • Sales, Goal, Percentage met
  • Gross Profit, Goal, Percentage met
  • GP Margin, Goal, Percentage met
  • Quotes, Goal, Percentage met
  • Dy. Customers, Goal, Percentage met
  • LInes, Goal, Percentage met
  • Prod. Calls, Goal, Percentage met
  • Calls, Goal, Percentage met
  • Duration, Goal, Percentage met
  • Lead Visits, Goal, Percentage met
  • Cust. Visits, Goal, Percentage met
  • Cust. Closed, Goal, Percentage met
  • Mo. Customers, Goal, Percentage met

By default, Sales Reps are organized alphabetically by first name. Selecting on the name hyperlink navigates to the Accounts Sold and Items Sold details for a given Sales Rep.

The table can be searched, sorted, and filtered in the following ways:

  • Keyword search
  • Period (dropdown; sales performance data for the current month and previous 11 months)
  • Licensed (dropdown):
    • Licensed
    • Unlicensed
  • Sort By (dropdown):
    • User
    • Sales
    • Gross Profit
    • GP Margin
    • Customers
    • Lines
    • Productive Calls
    • Total Calls
    • Call Duration
    • Lead Visits

Disclaimer: Productive Calls are defined by Admins as a configured value and can be adjusted.



The Accounts Sold page data can be filtered by Start and End dates. The default start and end dates capture performance month-to-date.

The information displayed on the Accounts Sold page includes:

  • Client (hyperlink to client details), Address
  • Last Invoice Date
  • Last Call Date
  • Total Sold

The Items Sold page data can be filtered the same way as Accounts Sold.

The information displayed on the Items Sold page includes:

  • Item # (hyperlink to additional item details)
  • Item Name (hyperlink to additional details), Brand Equivalent, Manufacturer
  • Size, Strength
  • Total Sales Amount
  • Total Sales Quantity
  • Number of Customers
  • Current On-Hand Quantity

Note: By default, items are listed alphabetically by name.
