KPIs Month
The “KPIs - Month” page reflects Key Performance Indicators and shows admins and sales managers their sales reps' performance on a monthly basis. This allows users to get a sense of the sales performance of various team members over a larger time scale.
A dropdown menu at the top of the page allows the user to select the desired month to investigate. Users can view sales performance data for the current month and previous 11 months.
The displayed information includes:
- User Name (hyperlink to Accounts Sold and Items Sold)
- Sales, Goal, Percentage met
- Outside GP, Goal, Percentage met
- Total GP
- Quotes, Goal, Percentage met
- Number of unique customers, Goal, Percentage met
- Number of Lines, Goal, Percentage met
- Productive Calls*, Goal, Percentage met
- Calls, Goal, Percentage met
- Call Duration, Goal, Percentage met
- Lead Visits, Goal, Percentage met
- Customer Visits, Goal, Percentage met
Disclaimer: Productive Calls are defined by Admins as a configured value and can be adjusted.
The User column lists the sales reps in your organization alphabetically by first name. Clicking on the name hyperlink navigates to the Accounts Sold and Items Sold details for a given sales rep.
The Accounts Sold page data can be filtered by Start and End dates. The default start and end dates are the past two weeks.
The information displayed on the Accounts Sold page includes:
- Client Address (hyperlink to additional client details)
- Last Order Date
- Last Invoice Date
- Last Call Date
- Total Sold
The Items Sold page data can be filtered by Start and End dates. The default start and end dates are the past two weeks.
The information displayed on the Items Sold page includes:
- Item Number (hyperlink to additional item details)
- Item Name (hyperlink to additional details), Brand Equivalent, Manufacturer
- Size, Strength
- Total Sales Amount
- Total Sales Quantity
- Number of Customers
- Current On-Hand Quantity
