Inquiries

All roles have access to Client Inquiries. Sales Reps can view their own clients’ inquiries only.

The Inquiries page in the sub-nav menu of Clients only displays inquiries related to a specific client. It lists the most recent general inquiries or quote requests submitted through the E-Commerce portal. Displayed information includes:

  • Date
  • Type
  • Name, Email
  • Message
  • Dismiss (button)

Users can filter and sort by:

  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Status (filter; dropdown):
    • Pending Review
    • Dismissed
