The Contacts page displays information for all logged/recorded contacts for that specific business.

It is available by clicking the "Contacts" button on the left side navigation bar (subcategory of main "Clients" category).

To create a new contact, click on the "New Contact" button in the upper right hand side of the contacts display area.

Contact

This will bring up an input prompt to enter the information on the new client.

Input fields include:

  • Name
  • Title
  • Type
  • Phone
  • Extension
  • Phone Type (mobile, landline, VoIP)
  • Fax
  • Email

A gray outline star is available on the leftmost side of each contact entry. Click the star to set the contact as the primary contact for that individual client/business.

Note: There can be only one primary contact for each individual client/business.

Each contact entry has a dropdown menu on the right side. Click "Edit Info" to bring up a display prompt where you can add or update information for this individual client entry.

Editable fields are:

  • Name
  • Title
  • Type
  • Phone
  • Extension
  • Phone Type (mobile, landline, VoIP)
  • Fax
  • Email

Each contact entry has a dropdown menu on the right side. Click "Delete" from the dropdown menu to delete that individual contact entry.
