Quote Details

The Quote Details Page lists all of the relevant information for a quote and can be found by selecting a specific quote number from the Quotes main page.

The page looks similar to the Cart page and includes the following:

  • Quote #
  • Customer Name
  • Customer Status
  • Shipping Address (dropdown; displays all addresses on file for customer) - once selected, the "Ship To" field in the Address section below will update to reflect your selection.

  • Customer PO
  • Customer Email
  • Quote Expiration (calendar date selection)

A table includes the following:

  • Image (if feature is active)
  • Generic Name, Brand Equivalent, Manufacturer
  • Item #
  • Attributes (icons)
  • Size, Strength
  • On-Hand, On Order, Soonest Exp.
  • Qty. (adjustable)
  • Price (editable)
  • Remove from Quote (trash can icon)

Quotes can be searched, sorted, and filtered in the following ways:

  • Keyword search
  • Item Filters (multi-select dropdown):
    • All
    • In Stock
    • Short Date
    • Previously Purchased
    • Favorite
  • Item Category (multi-select dropdown; dynamic - can be tailored to client's needs)
  • Sort By (dropdown):
    • Generic Description (A-Z)
    • Generic Description (Z-A)
    • Units Sold MTD
    • Last Month Units Sold
    • Two Months Ago Units Sold
    • Revenue MTD
    • Last Month Revenue
    • Two Months Ago Revenue
    • Unique Clients MTD
    • Unique Clients 3 Months
    • Last Month Unique Clients
    • Two Months Ago Unique Clients
    • Unique Invoices MTD
    • Last Month Unique Invoices
    • Two Months Ago Unique Invoices
    • Last Invoice (New - Old)
    • Last Invoice (Old - New)
    • Last Price (High - Low)
    • Created Date (New - Old)

    • At Risk (High - Low)

To add items to an existing quote, select the + Add Items button; the quote builder page is displayed where adjustments to items, quantities, and prices can be made.

To delete a quote, select the Delete Quote button and confirm.

The Quote Contents table, like other areas of the system, can be viewed in List view or Grid view by selecting the respective buttons.


To complete an order for a customer from the Quotes page, select the Move to Cart button and proceed to check out. (Once on the Cart page, you can update the shipping address as needed.)

The ellipsis button, located to the right of the Move to Cart button, contains a dropdown to "Email Quote" or "Export PDF."

From the Quote Details page, you can go back to the current client's quotes page by selecting "View Client Quotes" or they can go back to the Quotes main page by selecting "View All Quotes."


You can view the Non-Inventory Items included in the quote and add Non-Inventory Items by selecting the + New Item button in the top right of the card. Once selected, a side panel opens with the following fields:

  • Description (required)
  • Quantity (required)
  • Price (required)

When finished, select the Save button.


The Address card lists all of the Ship To and Bill To addresses on file. Select from the respective dropdowns.


You can make any applicable notes related to the quote here.


The Quote Summary area displays the following information:

  • Items (number of)
  • Discount (editable; set as dollar amount $ or percentage %)
  • Subtotal
  • Freight (editable; set as dollar amount)
  • Tax
  • Total

The Actions dropdown located in the top-right of the page includes the following options:

  • Add Items (returns to quote builder page)
  • Delete Quote (deletes quote after confirmation)
  • Email Quote (see below)
  • Export PDF (see below)
  • Move to Cart (moves all quote contents to the Cart for checkout)

When "Email Quote" is selected from the Action dropdown, a side panel opens with the following attributes:

  • Add To (via an automatic dropdown)
  • To (required; manual input)
  • Add CC (via an automatic dropdown)
  • CC (manual input)
  • Subject (required; auto-generated based upon client choice; can also be manually updated)
  • Attachments (quote as a pdf file)

The body text of the email is automatically generated with the name of the client, the quote ID, number of items, and information on the individual items being purchased (number, name, quantity, price, total) as well as sign-off text. The greeting and sign-off can be manually adjusted in terms of both the content and style of the text.


When "Export PDF" is selected, a quote is downloaded as a pdf file. From there, you can share the quote as needed.
