Order Editing

Order Editing information is available to Sales Reps, Sales Managers, and Admins.

Orders that have been submitted, but are in Pending status, can be viewed while on the Client page or by going to the Orders page and filtering by Pending. You can select the specific order ID (hyperlink) and the Order Details page will be displayed.

Orders can be edited in the following ways:

Edit Order Details: When selected, various order details are displayed. Edit details related to:

  • Status – Pending, Shipped, Held
  • Customer PO
  • Assigned Sales Rep
  • Discount
  • Add/change tax
  • Add/change freight price
  • Shipping details

Cancel Order: Occasionally, a customer may call to cancel an order or report there are mistakes with an order. Selecting the Cancel Order button and confirming will change the order's status from "Pending" to "Cancelled."

Main Page -- Orders
