Item Health Card

Description

The Item Health Card feature is available to all users.

Shows a visual representation of item selling performance, patterns, and trends.

The Item Health Card is located on Item Details page and is displayed at the top as 4 charts reflecting:

• Revenue (dollars per month)
• Sold Units
• Unique Clients (how many customers purchasing)
• Unique Invoices

Each chart shows the item’s last 12 months and month-to-date history and uses status colors as a visual indication of the category’s health:

• Blue line – represents the actual activity
• Green line – represents a projected upward trend
• Red line – represents a projected downward trend

Users can hover over the chart’s data points to see more detail.
