Description

The Lead History page keeps track of all the leads that have been assigned to individual sales reps.

Users can search by sales rep name. In addition, lead removal and assignment history can be viewed by using the “Removed From” and “Assigned To” dropdowns. Users can filter by start date and end date and can also use the Sort By assignment date dropdown (New-Old or Old-New). The default Start and End date is the current date. The default Sort By date is New-Old.

The displayed information includes:

• Assignment Date, user who performed the action
• Lead (Name and address)
• Removed From (sales rep name)
• Assigned To (sales rep name)
