Call History

All roles have access to Call History.

The Clients Call History page lists the entire call history for that individual client record.

Information for each entry includes:

  • Date and time
  • From (who initiated the call)
  • To (who answered the call)
  • Direction (inbound or outbound)
  • Duration (hours, minutes, seconds)

The calls can be sorted Call Date New-Old or Old-New. The default is New-Old.
