User Management
Users Module
The Users feature is available to Admin.
The Users feature can be accessed by clicking on the user name at the top-right of the screen and selecting “Configuration.”
Users are displayed in a table with the following information:
- User name (hyperlink)
- Email address
Users can be searched/filtered by:
- Search (keyword)
- More button:
- Role (dropdown; multi-select checkboxes):
- Accounting
- Admin
- Delivery Specialist
- Ecommerce Customer
- Sales Manager
- Salesperson
- Warehouse Specialist
- License (status; dropdown):
- Any
- Yes (default)
- No
- Role (dropdown; multi-select checkboxes):
Table actions include the following:
- Checkbox selection
- User (hyperlink to Manage User ; described below)
- Edit User (same as above)
- Ellipses (button) - if selected, the following dropdown options are displayed:
- Edit User
- Send Password Email
- View Access Logs (displays respective user's login access information; see description in Access Logs below)
Selecting a user’s name or “Edit User” will display a “Manage User” side panel with the following fields:
General Info:
- Email (required; cannot edit)
- First Name (required)
- Last Name (required)
License:
- License (checkbox to activate or deactivate)
Settings:
- Account Manager (required; dropdown; gives access to control users):
- Yes
- No
- Roles (dropdown; multi-select checkboxes)
- Phone Extension ID (integration)
- Phone Extension Number (integration)
ERP User Ids:
- Company Name:
- Company (required; dropdown)
- ERP User ID:
- External ID
- Delete (trash can icon)
Users can have multiple ERP User IDs, and additional ones can be added by selecting “+ Add ERP User Ids.”
- Warehouses (multi-select dropdown)
- Groups (multi-select dropdown; searchable)
Admins can view users’ login access information by selecting the “Access Logs” button located in the top of the display. Once selected, the following information is displayed in a table:
- Date, Time
- User, Email
- Delegate As
- IP Address
- Last Login (Mozilla version/Platform-OS version/rendering engine-version/browser-version)
Access Logs can be searched and filtered by the following:
- Keyword search
- Last Name
- From Date
- More Filters:
- To Date
