The Dashboard gives a real-time snapshot of the user’s current activities within the system. Only sales reps will see the “My KPIs” section displayed at the top, as other user roles do not have performance tracking. The Dashboard serves as a place where users can see their productivity in multiple categories in one organized space.

The information displayed includes:

My KPIs (Sales Reps only)
There are tabs for Daily and Monthly performance. The default view is Daily and includes:

  • Sales (sales performance in dollars), Goal
  • Gross Profit (gross profit in dollars), Goal
  • Lines (number of lines), Goal
  • Customers (number of customers sold to), Goal
  • Productive Calls (number of productive calls as defined by Admin), Goal
  • Calls (total number of calls), Goal
  • Duration (total length of calls), Goal

Sales Dashboard

The Monthly performance view includes all the information contained above as well as:

  • Projected monthly values with percentages
  • Average value per day

Monthly performance in each category will be visually represented by a color-coded bar at the top of each box. Red indicates that the projected value is below 90%. Yellow indicates that the projected value is between 90-99%. Green indicates that the projected value is 99% and above.

Monthly data calculations are based upon current sales rep performance and monthly goals.

The Daily tab has two colors to represent sales performance – green and gray. Green indicates that the projected value is 90% and above. Gray indicates that the projected value is 90% and below.

My Activities (This feature is available to all users.)
This area lists the five most recent activities for the user. The display includes:

  • User, date, time
  • Client name (hyperlink), address
  • Lead/Customer designation
  • Phone number
  • Subject

Users can complete activities by clicking the checkmark to the left of the row. To edit or delete an activity, users can select the “Edit” dropdown button on the right-hand side.

Clicking on the “View More” button displays the My Activities page where users can see additional activity history.

Users can revert to the default view by selecting the “Reset” button.

Users can enter a new activity by selecting the “Create New Activity” button at the top right.

Today’s Open Carts (All users)
This area lists the five most recent open carts for the day. The display includes:

  • Client, Address
  • Details, Number of Lines, Last Modified Date/Time
  • Total (total dollar amount in cart)

Clicking on the “View More” button displays the Orders page where users can see additional order information.

Users can revert to the default view by selecting the “Reset” button.

Today’s Orders (All users)
This area lists the five most recent orders for the day. The display includes:

  • Order # (number, status)
  • Client (address)
  • Total (total dollar amount of order, number of lines)

Clicking on the “View More” button displays the Orders page where users can see additional order information.

Users can revert to the default view by selecting the “Reset” button.

Today’s Calls (All users)
This area lists the five most recent calls for the day. The display includes:

  • Phone #, Direction
  • Client, Contact Info
  • Client Type, Lead/Customer, time

Clicking on the “View More” button displays the Call History page where users can see additional call information.

Users can revert to the default view by selecting the “Reset” button.

Today’s Invoices (All users)
This area lists the five most recent invoices for the day. The display includes:

  • Order #, Status
  • Client, Address
  • Total dollar amount of order, Number of Lines

Clicking on the “View More” button displays the Invoices page where users can see additional invoice information.

Users can revert to the default view by selecting the “Reset” button.

Client Inquiries (All users)
This area lists the most recent general inquiries or quote requests submitted through the E-Commerce portal. Displayed information includes:

  • Client Name
  • Inquiry Type
  • Date

Clicking on the “View More” button displays the Client Inquiries page.

Today’s Quotes (All users)
This area lists the five most recent quotes for the day. The display includes:

  • Order #, Status
  • Client, Address
  • Total dollar amount of order, Number of Lines

Clicking on the “View More” button displays the Quotes page where users can see additional quote information.

Users can revert to the default view by selecting the “Reset” button.
