Lead Eligibility

The Lead Eligibility page allows sales managers and admins to set and edit the distribution of leads to individual sales reps. The information displayed shows the criteria to assign or rotate leads to a sales rep.

Users can search by sales rep name. A dropdown allows users to sort entries by first name (A-Z or Z-A) or last name (A-Z or Z-A). Another dropdown allows users to filter by License status (All or Licensed or Unlicensed). The final dropdown allows users to filter by Role.

Sales managers and admins can view and input values in the following categories:

  • Sales Rep Name
  • Current Number of Leads
  • Distribution Eligible (checkbox to allow the distribution of leads to a specific rep)
  • Max Leads (input to designate a maximum number of leads to be distributed to a specific rep)
  • Client Types (includes multiple selection dropdown list)
  • Specialties (includes multiple selection dropdown list)
  • States (includes multiple selection dropdown list)

To save the lead eligibility, enter the desired information into the input fields, and click the “Save” button in the upper right-hand corner of the display area.
