Goals
As a Sales Manager, you have the option to choose KPIs and assign Goals for your Sales Reps. Your team members' performance is measured relative to the targets you set, and SupplyMover helps you monitor progress towards those goals.
To get started, navigate to the Settings main menu page. Goals, located in the sub-nav menu of Settings displays all User Goals in a table. The User Goals table displays Sales Reps and their respective goals related to sales volume and customer interactions. Each goal serves as a KPI.
Sales Managers are not required to set goals for all KPIs given by the system and have complete flexibility in determining what is best for their reps and organization. KPIs can be configured as Active or Inactive.
To configure KPIs for one or more users, select the corresponding rows' checkboxes, and select the "Configure KPIs" button. A slide out panel displays all of the available KPIs. Check a KPI to Activate or uncheck to Deactivate. Select "Save" to finish.
Each user can be assigned their own goals. Set goals by entering values for each KPI. When you are finished, select the "Save" button in the top-right of the display.
Goals do not carry over from one month to the next. As such, Sales Managers set their Sales Reps’ goals on a monthly basis.
Search, Sort, and Filter
The first dropdown menu allows users to select a month. Users can see goal data for the current month, the previous 6 months, and the next 6 months. The second dropdown allows the users to sort by Sales Rep name (A-Z or Z-A).

Sales Reps are listed in the first column, and the following columns display a variety of KPIs. All active KPIs can be edited as Sales Managers see fit. KPI fields include:
