On the main order page, you will see new movers titled Today's Carts, Today's Web Carts, Abandoned Carts, and Requires Attention. These will help you separate your orders into manageable lists.

Today's Carts

This mover will show you all of the carts created today.

Today's Web Carts

This mover will show all of the carts created by your e-commerce customers.

Today's Orders

This mover shows all of the orders that have been placed today.

Abandoned Carts

This mover will display carts that were created in the last 7 days. This will help the sales team know which customers to reconnect with.

Requires Attention

This mover will show orders that need approval, are held, or are in an error state. This helps you quickly find orders that need immediate attention.

E-Commerce Invoice Download

E-commerce customers can now download a PDF of their invoices directly from the website. The export button can be found on the invoice detail page.

From there, a PDF version of the invoice is created for your customer's record.
