User Academy for Salespeople

We have added a new training feature to the CRM. This feature will walk your sales team through features they use daily! This will help when onboarding new team members and provide a refresher to seasoned users.

• When a salesperson first logs into the CRM, they will see an Onboarding Guide in the bottom right corner.

• Selecting any topic will take you to a video walkthrough and take a tour of the feature in the CRM.

E-Commerce Contact Us Widget

Your e-commerce customers can now easily see how to contact their sales reps. We added a new button to the top of the e-commerce website.

Clicking this button will open a dropdown with their sales rep's name and email address, along with the company's information such as business hours and customer support contact information.

E-Commerce Item Sort

The e-commerce site will now default to a popular sort. Previously, the system sorted all items alphabetically, now we will show your customer your most popular items!
